Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting fee earners on a full range of residential conveyancing transactions
*Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
*Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
*Drafting contracts, SDLT forms, and Land Registry applications
*Carrying out searches and preparing reports on title
*Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a property team
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
*Experience handling a high volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong communication and client-facing ability
*A proactive and career-driven mindset
Desirable:
*Law degree or relevant legal qualification
*Experience working in a high street or regional law firm environment
*Ability to handle files with minimal supervision
