I’m working on a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Property team of a leading international law firm in London.
The role will involve:
*Providing proactive PA support to a team of solicitors within the Property group
*Managing busy diaries, meetings, travel and logistics
*Handling emails, calls and client communications professionally
*Preparing, formatting and coordinating legal documents
*Supporting with meetings, deadlines and team priorities
*Liaising confidently with clients, lawyers and internal teams
*Working collaboratively with other PAs and business support colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:
*Strong Legal PA experience, ideally from a law firm environment
*Excellent organisation and diary management skills
*Strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner
*Confidence with document production, formatting and admin processes
