Full job descriptionWe’re supporting a leading hospitality and retail operation with the appointment of a Deputy Operations Manager — a development role designed for someone ready to step up into full site leadership.
This is a fast-paced, people-centred environment where standards, service and operational excellence really matter. You’ll be the right hand to the Operations Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day performance and deputising fully in their absence.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of a multi-function site, including catering, stock control, site support and health & safety. Your focus will be on:
*Leading and developing managers and service leaders
*Driving product quality, service standards and customer experience
*Managing rotas, budgets, cost control and site KPIs
*Supporting recruitment, colleague development and performance
*Ensuring full compliance across food safety and health & safety
*Championing communication across teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
*Supporting wider projects and sharing best practice across the operation
This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to influence how the site performs.
About You

*Knowledge of food safety requirements
