Key Responsibilities:
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:
*Ordering and managing stock levels
*Creating and managing staff rotas
*Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
*Training, motivating, and leading the kitchen team
*Supporting a high-volume service while maintaining quality
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Kitchen Manager role, you’ll ideally have:
*Previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
*Experience with American-style cooking
*A background working in high-volume kitchens
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent organisation and communication abilities
