Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable Assembly Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on role focused on light mechanical assembly, working to high quality standards in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assemble products including light mechanical assembly and basic wiring (full training provided)
*Ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
*Report any quality or production issues to the Supervisor
*Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately
*Work collaboratively within the team and support wider manufacturing operations
*Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
*Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable standing for periods during the shift
*Positive, flexible approach to work
Experience:
*Entry-level role – no previous experience required as full training is provided
