About Us:
Supply Staff is currently recruiting SEN Tutors to support students across Havering and surrounding areas. We are looking for experienced SEN Tutors who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs through personalised education.
Job Overview:
As an SEN Tutor, you will provide one-to-one tuition to students with special educational needs within schools, homes, and community settings. The successful SEN Tutor will support students with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and additional learning needs. This SEN Tutor role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students re-engage with education and build confidence in learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions as an SEN Tutor.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Support students with academic and emotional development.
• Build positive relationships with students and families.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Requirements:
• Previous SEN Tutor or education experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for supporting students with SEN.
• Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
