A premier market-making firm in London is expanding their digital assets team and is looking to find the best people on the market to speak with them - the engineers who architect systems where microsecond delays can mean millions in P&L impact.
You’ll play a key role in building out the digital assets platform, helping shape both the technology and engineering practices from the ground up. You’ll work side-by-side with traders and researchers, iterating quickly on ideas and translating market insights into production systems.

Requirements:
- Excellent C++ programming ability using modern versions
- Prior Digital Assets experience essential, working at either a major buyside organisation or dedicated crypto trading firm
- Expertise with low latency, real time systems
- Experience working with crypto exchanges highly advantageous
