What You’ll Do:
*Lead and motivate a high-performing management team, unlocking their full potential.
*Oversee end-to-end fulfilment operations-inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns-ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
*Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency across all processes.
*Collaborate with customer experience, commercial, and technology teams to support client growth.
*Build a motivated, engaged, and forward-thinking team ready to meet the demands of a dynamic e-commerce and 3PL environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven leadership in warehouse or fulfilment operations, ideally in e-commerce or 3PL.
*Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*A hands-on approach-you lead from the warehouse floor, not just behind a desk.
