Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the finance team with key responsibilities including:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts pack, working closely with the FC
*Balance sheet, P&L, cashflow and variance analysis against budget
*Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
*Reviewing cost analysis and preparation of reports for the senior leadership team to influence commercial/strategic decision making
*Oversee the Assistant Accountant and support the transactional finance team as required
*Be involved in a variety of projects across the business
About you....
*Applicants must have advanced Excel skills
*A desire to improve systems and processes
*The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business is essential
*Hold an accountancy qualification or be qualified by experience
