Full job descriptionTotum is pleased to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an eBilling Rates Analyst. The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This is a great opportunity to focus on the maintenance of eBilling client rates, working closely with clients, partners, pricing and business development teams.
The role will involve:
*Ensuring a smooth onboarding to eBilling by setting up rates accurately from the outset
*Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of new rate agreements
*Investigating upload and submission issues, escalating to platform providers where required
*Maintaining clear and practical documentation for internal use
*Building knowledge of eBilling systems and how they integrate with the practice management system
*Supporting submissions across LEDES and XML formats
*Attending relevant technical and development training
The successful candidate will have:
*eBilling experience gained within a law firm
*Familiarity with commonly used legal eBilling platforms
*Strong attention to detail and organisation
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Good problem solving skills
*A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
*Strong team and relationship-building skills
