Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit out project in Lincoln for a 4-week programme commencing Tuesday 26th May.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving the project to completion within programme.
Requirements:*Valid SMSTS
*Valid CSCS Card
*Valid First Aid Certificate
*Proven experience managing interior fit out / refurbishment projects (Shopfitting experience preferred)
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site standards
Duties Include:*Daily site management and supervision
*Health & Safety management and compliance
*Coordination of subcontractors and deliveries
*Progress reporting and programme management
*Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout
