Full job descriptionReception/Customer Service Assistant, £13.95ph
Swansea, 12pm-8pm, 1 week
Busy student accommodation requires a upbeat and welcoming Reception/Customer Service to provide a friendly and reliable presence.
What You’ll Do
*Be the welcoming face of the building based on front desk reception
*Handle resident enquiries by phone, email, and in person
*Keep clear logs and ensure smooth morning handovers
*Support with complaints, payments, and deliveries
*Set up and tidy social spaces and assist with evening events
*Respond confidently to incidents and follow safety procedures
*Manage maintenance requests and general admin
What You Bring
*Experience in fast-paced customer service or reception experience (student accommodation/hotel/hospitality ideal)
*Great communication skills
*Confident with Microsoft Office
*Calm, friendly, proactive, and reliable
*Positive "can-do" attitude and flexible approach
