Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting with the operation, setup, and maintenance of CNC machinery
*CNC programming and CAD/CAM work (where experience allows)
*Assembling products and components
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
*Supporting colleagues across daily production tasks
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Reliable with good attention to detail
*Able to work independently and as part of a small team
*CNC machining/programming experience desirable
*CAD/CAM experience highly advantageous
*Forklift licence advantageous (training available)
*Practical, hands-on approach to work
