A well-established and forward thinking law firm in Essex is seeking an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident litigator looking for autonomy, genuine career progression, and the chance to help shape and develop a litigation department long term.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:
• Landlord & Tenant disputes
• Debt recovery
• Contract disputes
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Employment-related disputes
• General commercial disputes
• Contentious probate matters

The ideal candidate will:
• Have strong experience across a broad range of civil litigation matters
• Be confident managing files independently from instruction through to resolution
• Have excellent client care and case management skills
• Be commercially minded and ambitious to help grow a department

Salary flexible depending on experience, circa £60,000 - £80,000.
