Description
*Manage the organisation’s tax compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and deadlines.
*Prepare and review tax returns and liaise with external tax advisors as needed.
*Provide strategic tax planning and advice to optimise the organisation’s tax position.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
*Ensure accurate tax reporting and resolve any tax-related issues or queries.
*Collaborate with internal departments to improve tax processes and efficiencies.
*Support the finance team with tax-related audits and reviews.
*Deliver training and updates to internal stakeholders on tax matters.
*Manage corporate tax.
*Lead on pricing and tax reporting
*Work with finance teams, advisers, and tax authorities
*Support audits, tax risks, and business projects
Profile
A successful Tax Manager should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or tax (e.g., CTA).
*Proven expertise in managing tax compliance and providing strategic tax advice.
*Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
*A strong understanding of UK tax regulations and legislation.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
*Commercial awareness.
Job Offer
