£50,000 - £62,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering a flagship energy project on the West London/Berkshire border.

Working as part of an experienced site-based commercial team, you’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end commercial management of complex civils, building structures and M&E packages on one of the UK’s most significant live infrastructure programmes.

This opportunity would suit either:
*A Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a Senior QS position, or
*An existing Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking exposure to larger, more complex projects with a business offering genuine long-term career progression.

In either case, the role will suit someone ambitious, commercially aware and keen to develop within the fast-growing energy infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities
*Subcontract procurement and commercial management
*Cost reporting and forecasting
*Variations and change management
*Valuations and final accounts
*Supporting commercial strategy and risk management
*Administration of NEC contracts
*Working closely with delivery teams across civils, structures and M&E works
*Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors on the project

Candidate Requirements
*Experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy, heavy civils or major building projects
*Good understanding of NEC contracts
*Experience managing subcontract packages
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
