Hiring for a Claims Administrator to take ownership of the initial claims process. You’ll be trusted to manage claims from first notification through to evidence gathering and compliance checks - handling high-value cases where attention to detail is absolutely key.
This role would suit someone organised, proactive and naturally detail-focused - someone who enjoys taking ownership and leading from the front.
The MD is looking for somebody she can genuinely trust: someone with energy, drive and the confidence to take the reins and run with things. You won’t just be another number here, your ideas will be listened to, your input valued and your work recognised.
