Description
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
*Work with some well known Blue-chip brands helping build the business forward.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
*Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
*Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
*Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management.
*Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
*Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Profile
A successful Senior Business Development Manager should have:
*Degree Educated
*Proven experience in sales within a creative industry - digital, design OR NPD/ Concept to compilation.
*Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
*Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
*Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
*A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
*The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
