Glasgow | Hybrid Working
If you’re an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded employment law team in Glasgow.
You’ll work with a diverse client base across multiple sectors, advising on a full range of employment matters with a particular focus on contentious work.
This role is ideal for an Employment Associate looking to work on varied and interesting matters while continuing to develop technically within a collaborative and supportive team.

The role
As an Employment Associate in Glasgow, you will advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims.
You will support Employment Tribunal proceedings, assist with litigation strategy and attend hearings where appropriate. Alongside contentious work, you will provide day-to-day advisory support on disciplinary, grievance and workforce management issues.
The role will also involve drafting employment contracts and agreements, supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters such as TUPE and advising on restructures and redundancies.
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
*Has 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Has experience across contentious and non-contentious work
*Is familiar with tribunal litigation processes
*Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues
*Is commercially aware and solution-focused
*Is proactive in business development and networking

This is a collaborative and forward-thinking team where knowledge-sharing and development are encouraged. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a joined-up service to clients.
