Full job descriptionAtkinson Moss is delighted to supporting a city centre based business who boast high growth figures, a supportive finance lead as they search for a Finance Manager to join their team.
This balanced role will give someone scope to develop key technical skills whilst supporting a number of leading stakeholders on a commercial and operational level. Key duties include:
*Management of all aspects of financial reporting & controls
*Preparation of budget, financial forecasting, and cashflow management and subsequent reviews
*Preparing and publishing all monthly/periodic financial reports & explain variances
*Financial report with business KPI’s
*Overseeing the audit process and liaising with external personnel where required
*Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making process
*Supporting a small finance team

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with strong technical skills and the ability to partner with commercial and operational stakeholders in a fast paced, growing business environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys understanding commercial levers and a fast growing environment.
