Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to support a leading Dispute Resolution practice within a global legal environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams, the successful candidate will lead strategic BD and marketing initiatives, client targeting, profile-raising campaigns and cross-selling opportunities across the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting and delivering BD strategy and business plans
*Managing client relationships and targeting opportunities
*Delivering integrated BD and marketing campaigns
*Coordinating pitches, proposals, directories and awards submissions
*Producing marketing collateral and digital content
*Supporting lawyers with BD training and best practice
The ideal candidate will have:
*Extensive BD/marketing experience within professional services
*Experience working within the disputes sector
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strong project management and organisational abilities
*A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach
