The role
As an Employment Associate in Dundee, you will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law work. This includes advising on disputes such as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, supporting tribunal proceedings and providing practical day-to-day guidance to clients.
You will also draft and review employment contracts and agreements, advise on restructuring and workforce changes and support corporate transactions with employment law input.
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
*Has 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Has experience in both advisory and contentious matters
*Is confident supporting tribunal cases
*Builds strong client relationships
*Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
*Is motivated to develop within a collaborative team
