Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading healthcare business to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with strong leadership experience to play a key role in driving governance, compliance, and continuous improvement within a growing healthcare and digital services environment.
Reporting to the Director of Governance, the successful candidate will lead the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.
The RoleThe Quality & Compliance Manager will take ownership of quality, governance, and compliance activities across the business, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Working closely with operational and clinical teams, you will lead internal quality processes, oversee audit and compliance activity, and provide clear governance reporting to senior stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day quality management activities.
Key Responsibilities*Lead and maintain the organisation’s Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, and document control
*Manage and develop the Quality team, supporting delivery across quality, audit, and compliance activities
*Act as the key contact for quality issues, non-conformances, complaints, and CAPA processes
*Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections
*Analyse quality data, incidents, complaints, and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
*Support governance, risk management, and reporting activities for senior leadership forums
*Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organisation
*Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant ISO standards and healthcare/digital regulatory frameworks
About YouWe are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
*Previous experience within a Quality Management role in a regulated, healthcare, diagnostics, or digital environment
*Strong working knowledge of ISO-aligned Quality Management Systems
*Proven people management experience, including coaching and performance management
*Experience managing audits, risk, non-conformance, and continuous improvement activities
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Desirable Experience*Experience within healthcare, digital health, medical devices, or regulated digital services
*Knowledge of frameworks such as CQC, DSP Toolkit, UKCA, and ISO standards
*Experience using digital quality systems or reporting tools such as Power BI
*Relevant quality, governance, or health & safety qualifications
