We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving and fast-growing business based in Heckmondwike, who are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service or administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:*Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries
*Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
*Supporting customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
*Following up enquiries and supporting the wider sales team
*Updating customer records and managing information through CRM systems
*General administration and customer support duties
The Ideal Candidate:*Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office-based support role
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*A proactive and positive attitude
*Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
