We are part of a worldwide company, who measure, monitor and protect in hazardous environments, at Pyroban, we offer explosion protection solutions for the materials handling and oil and gas industries.
Growth in our business calls for an internationally experienced Supply Chain Manager who will define and deliver our end-to-end supply chain strategy across purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier development. You’ll lead the full supply chain function, shaping a scalable, resilient model that supports growth, and international expansion, with a focus on India, requiring travel for project work.
What you’ll do as Supply Chain Manager
*Set and deliver supply chain strategy to support business growth
*Lead and develop the Purchasing Manager and Stores & Logistics Supervisor and their team
*Build global supply capability, with knowledge of India and cost-competitive regions
*Drive performance across cost, service, quality, and inventory
*Strengthen systems and processes, ensuring strong ERP/MRP use and risk management
What you’ll bring as Supply Chain Manager
*Senior supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering
*Proven ability to define and deliver supply chain strategy
*Experience building international supply chains, ideally including India
*Strong leadership capability and a track record of cost and supplier performance improvement
*Commercial acumen and experience managing strategic supply chain budgets
Desirable skills and experience of the Supply Chain Manager
*Regulated or safety-critical industry experience
*CIPS / APICS / CSCP
*Lean / CI background
The salary on this is up to £65,000, with bonus it could achieve £70,000.
