An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Crawley. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of infrastructure, commercial, residential, and energy projects across the South East.
The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will take a leading role in project delivery, geotechnical design, mentoring junior staff, and client management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to progress within a growing and technically strong team.

Responsibilities:
*Lead geotechnical investigations and project delivery
*Produce and review factual and interpretative reports
*Undertake geotechnical design including foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability
*Mentor and support junior engineers
*Liaise directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
*Manage project budgets and timelines
*Assist with business development and client relationships
Requirements:
*Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
*Significant experience within geotechnical engineering
*Strong technical reporting and design experience
*Experience managing projects and mentoring staff
*Chartered or working towards Chartership is desirable
*Full UK driving licence
