Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 + alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00
The OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Manager – or a Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up – to join a well-established and highly regarded automotive business in Worthing.
This is a stable, long-term role within a successful dealership environment, offering strong earning potential and a supportive, team-focused culture.
About the RoleAs Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the parts department, delivering excellent customer service and supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing incoming customer enquiries and building strong relationships
*Processing orders and handling parts queries efficiently
*Maintaining accurate stock control and internal records
*Supporting service operations and liaising with the Service Manager
*Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience within a motor trade / automotive parts environment and enjoy working in a customer-focused setting.
Key skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Manager role
*Strong knowledge of automotive parts / dealership environment
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Confident telephone manner
*A proactive, team-oriented approach
