About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment. Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include:
*Planning and delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
*Creating an inclusive, organised and inspiring classroom environment
*Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
*Working collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers
*Assessing and tracking pupil progress
*Participating in school life, meetings and CPD where required
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching in primary settings (any year group)
*Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive approach
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development
*Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
