Are you a Junior Architectural Technician or similar looking for a new challenge in a varied, close-knit company with over 20 years of experience that offers clear progression and training to boost your skillset?

In this varied role, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and detailed designs that comply with current building regulations and industry standards, while also having the opportunity to visit sites and oversee projects throughout the construction process.
This role would suit a Junior Architectural Technician or similar, looking for their next opportunity to join a hardworking and dedicated team, looking for a Mon- Fri role with clear progression.

*Create technical drawings and models
*Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
*Taking the Project to the Next step from Drawing

*Proficient in AutoCAD
*Commutable to Middlesbrough
