Lettings Manager
Location: Doncaster
Salary: up to 35,000 pa
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to lead our busy residential lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As Lettings Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the lettings department, manage landlord and tenant relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with current property legislation.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing and developing the lettings team
*Winning new landlord instructions and growing the portfolio
*Conducting market appraisals and rental valuations
*Overseeing tenancy progression and property marketing
*Ensuring compliance with all lettings regulations and legislation
*Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Monitoring team performance and achieving targets
*Handling escalated customer issues professionally
Requirements
*Previous experience in residential lettings
*Proven experience in a management or senior negotiator role
*Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with strong business development ability
*Full UK driving licence
*ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
