Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Telederm Specialist Dermatology Nurse to join our growing clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled dermatology professional with strong experience in skin cancer recognition and teledermatology services.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out comprehensive mole checks and produce accurate clinical reports
*Assess and triage dermatology referrals via teledermatology platforms
*Identify and recognise suspicious skin lesions and potential skin cancers
*Utilise dermoscopy skills to support clinical assessment and diagnosis
*Maintain high standards of patient care, clinical documentation, and safeguarding
*Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and referring clinicians
Essential Requirements*Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
*Previous experience within dermatology nursing
*Proven experience carrying out mole checks and reporting findings
*Skin cancer recognition training and practical experience
*Dermoscopy experience is essential
*Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
*Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
Desirable*Previous teledermatology experience
*Minor surgery or lesion management experience
*Dermatology qualifications/certifications
