12 month FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant join a leading investment firm within Real Estate. Supporting in a fast-paced and high-performing team, including stakeholders up to Managing Director level, this role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, who is highly adaptable and resilient, working in a sometime chaotic environment. The EA will act as a key support to the team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless day to day operations, while managing competing priorities with positivity and enthusiasm.
1-2 day hybrid available.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Complex diary and inbox management for multiple senior stakeholders, including MD level
*Coordinating meetings, client engagements and international travel arrangements
*Preparing reports and documentation as required
*Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Supporting team projects and wider administrative requirements
*Processing expenses for the team as required
*Support with various projects as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
*Similar experience within private equity, investment/asset management desired
*Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*Confident, professional communicator with a calm and adaptable approach
*Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
*A great team player
