What you’ll do*Shape and deliver the UK early careers branding and attraction strategy, with exposure to EMEA/global initiatives
*Lead employer brand campaigns, social media, and campus engagement to drive high-quality applications
*Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and campaign performance
*Build relationships with target universities, societies, and diversity partners
