Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Steel Erectors Labourer to support a steel installation project in Fargate, Sheffield. The successful candidate will assist steel erectors on site, ensuring materials are handled efficiently and work areas remain safe and organised.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting steel erectors with installation works
*Manual handling and movement of steel components and materials
*Preparing and maintaining work areas
*Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy
*Supporting lifting operations (under supervision)
*Following all site health and safety procedures
*Carrying out tasks as directed by site supervisors
Requirements
*Previous experience as a labourer on construction or steelwork sites (preferred)
*Valid CSCS card (essential)
*Awareness of health and safety regulations
*Physically fit and capable of manual work
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
*Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
