About the Job:
Start your career in recruitment at Katie Bard on a structured career pathway from operations into consultancy. You’ll spend the first 3 to 6 months as an Operations Coordinator – the first point of contact for all clients and candidates, liaising with directors and the CEO, tracking performance data and presenting to teams across our London and Birmingham offices.
After being signed off you’ll move into a Trainee Temp Consultant role working directly with candidates and earning commission. With most graduates progressing from operations after 3 months and then to Temp Consultant within their first year.
