My clients are specialists in legal recruitment and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with experience within the legal sector to take ownership of a high-volume permanent paralegal desk, working with some of the most sought-after law firms in the market.
This is a warm desk with established client relationships, offering immediate opportunity to bill and grow within a high-performing team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a busy and rewarding desk focused on placing high-calibre graduates into permanent paralegal roles across leading law firms and in-house legal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and developing a high-volume permanent desk
*Placing top-tier graduates into paralegal roles
*Working closely with a strong base of existing, warm clients
*Sourcing, screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates
*Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
*Driving revenue through consistent billing activity
