A well-established Scottish firm is looking to appoint a corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) to join its team in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2026, or a Solicitor with some corporate experience, to join a supportive team handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
The Role
You will support Senior Lawyers on a variety of transactions and advisory work, including:
*Mergers & acquisitions
*Corporate transactions
*Commercial contracts
*Company law advisory matters
*Due diligence and disclosure exercises
*Transaction completions and corporate administration
*Client communication and relationship management
The role will also involve legal research, drafting legal documentation and assisting with business development activity.
About You
Applicants should demonstrate:
*An interest in corporate and commercial law
*Exposure to corporate transactions during traineeship or post-qualification experience
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Commercial awareness and attention to detail
*A proactive and collaborative approach
