Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6- month fixed-term contract.
*Salary to £34,000
*6-month fixed-term contract
*Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

This role offers outstanding exposure to high-value transactions and a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside one of the firm’s most renowned and successful departments in London.
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6 Month FTC) Key Responsibilities :
*Case administration and document management
*Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
*Preparing completion statements and handling completions
*Preparing Land Registry forms
*Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
*Typing of own correspondence and bills
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6 Month FTC) Skills & Requirements :
*Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
*Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
