Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing luxury hospitality business in Central London.
Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, operational support and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.
The Role*Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts and cash flow reporting.
*Lead budgeting, analysis and financial reporting.
*Oversee AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations and financial controls.
*Partner with operational teams to support business performance.
*Support systems improvements, automation and reporting processes.
*Assist with audits, VAT and compliance requirements.
*Help develop and strengthen the finance function as the business grows.
About You*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
*Previous Finance Manager or Financial Controller experience.
*Hospitality, leisure, hotel or multi-site experience preferred.
*Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
*Hands-on, commercially minded and proactive.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
