Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)
About the CompanyOur client is an established international events business delivering conferences and summits to senior decision-makers across global markets. They operate within fast-growing sectors including AI, technology, and digital innovation.
The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a successful and growing team.
This role will focus on generating sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international events. You will be responsible for both new business development and managing existing client relationships, selling high-value sponsorship packages to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities*Driving sponsorship revenue across multiple events
*Identifying and developing new business opportunities
*Managing and growing existing client accounts
*Selling tailored sponsorship packages to meet client needs
*Building relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level contacts
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
*Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Requirements*Previous experience in event sales or sponsorship sales is essential
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
*Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
*Self-motivated and target-driven approach
*Interest in technology or AI sectors is beneficial
Benefits*£45,000 – £55,000 basic salary
*Uncapped commission structure (double OTE)
