Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00-16:30 & Alt Sats 08:00-12:00
Our client is a well-respected builders merchant group with branches across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 multidrop delivery driver at their Faringdon branch in Oxfordshire. This is a full time permanent position; the role includes:
*Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
*Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis
*Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure
*Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised
*Working in the yard and warehouse
*Serving customers
*Supporting your team mates
You don’t need to know about the products or the industry as full training will be provided; all you need is to:
*Have Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence
*Have a Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
*Be a big team player
*Have a really positive attitude
*Be reliable and enthusiastic
*Enjoy talking to lots of different people
