Product Manager - Onboarding & Growth (Fintech)
Up to £90,000-£110,000
London (Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a global tech business driving growth within its expanding fintech / digital wallet offering.
This role focuses on improving user onboarding, activation, and conversion, owning the end-to-end journey from sign-up through to first transaction. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users experience the product, ensuring seamless onboarding flows and strong early lifecycle engagement.
The role:
*Own and optimise the onboarding journey from sign-up to activation
*Improve KYC and identity verification processes
*Analyse user funnels and reduce drop-offs
*Drive experimentation and conversion improvements
*Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams
What we’re looking for:
*5+ years’ Product Management experience
*Strong background in fintech or regulated B2C products
*Proven experience in growth, onboarding, or activation-focused roles
*Strong understanding of funnel analytics and conversion optimisation
*Experience working on mobile-first products at scale
