The Role

As a Technical Sales Trainee, you’ll become an important part of the internal sales team, learning how to support customers with technical product enquiries and provide tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
*Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
*Assisting customers with technical product advice and solutions
*Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products
*Preparing quotations and processing orders accurately
*Supporting and developing relationships with existing customer accounts
*Learning about HVAC, mechanical and electrical products through ongoing training
This role is mainly office-based and email-focused, making it ideal for someone who is organised, process-driven, and enjoys problem-solving in a technical environment.
