Up to £38,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to work with high-precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:*Setting and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
*Making programme amendments where required
*Manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances
*Machining a variety of materials including tufnol, titaniums, and steels
*Producing components such as bushes, bolts, and other precision-engineered parts
*Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards
Essential Requirements:*Proven experience setting CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
*Experience using both 3 and 4 axis mills
*Ability to make programme amendments independently
*Strong background machining high-precision components
*Experience working to tight tolerances with a range of materials
Desirable:*Offline or online programming experience (not essential)
