Location: Tamworth - Office based role
Salary: Up to £35,000
The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hands-on Stock & Parts Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory and supporting the sales/customer department with all operational requirements.
As a Parts & Stock Control Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
*Managing company-owned parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeeping
*Maintaining precise stock records and following established processes and procedures
*Supplying parts to customers and supporting internal operations
*Promoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growth
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
*Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including hands-on involvement where required
*Providing accurate reporting on stock levels, parts usage, and customer activity
*Ensuring health & safety and fire safety procedures are followed at all times
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following:
*Parts handling and stock control, ideally within truck, trailer, plant, automotive, or engineering sectors
*Working in a customer-facing environment
*Managing inventory systems and maintaining accurate records
*Supporting sales activity or parts sales
*Working independently in a fast-paced environment
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
