Job Description:
SEN Teaching Assistant - SalisburyProspero Teaching are working with mainstream schools and SEN settings in Salisbury, providing support for students with a range of additional learning needs. Schools are seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
*Have a nurturing, calm approach
*Can build strong rapport with students
*Are consistent and patient in their support
*Can adapt to different classroom environments
*Value student progress at all levels
Contract details:
*Location - Salisbury, Wiltshire
*Position - SEN Teaching Assistant
*Start date - ASAP
*Contract type - Long term supply or temp to perm
*Duration - Ongoing
*Full time - Full time role
*Minimum rate of pay - £14.96 per hour
Eligibility:
*Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Reliable and motivated
*Able to show initiative
