Full job descriptionPrime Central London - Award Winning Property Consultancy - Marketing Executive - £35,000-£45,0000 - ASAP Start
A hands on, fast paced role, that’ll support across all the main marketing initiatives for the business, my client has an extensive property portfolio across London within the residential market.
A small tight-nit team offering broad exposure across all the main marketing channels. Great for someone to get hands on aswell as strategize at board level with the senior team.
A Typical Day Would Involve:
*Research of background development information and defining/producing creative brief for required marketing material.
*Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
*Support on brand awareness
*Social media posts, Instagram, Linked etc
*Dealing with high-net worth clients.
*Ensure up to date and accurate content is displayed on the web pages and property portals, instructing updates and production of digital assets accordingly.
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years marketing experience within real estate. This could be development or agency side.
