The Role
*Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
*Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Lenders
*Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets
*Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience
*Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
*Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems
*Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets
*Excellent client care and communication skills
