Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for an immediate part time EA to join a Membership body which is based in Central London. This company offers a positive working environment as well as options for hybrid working. This is a 6 month role and will be working 28 hours a week. This position will be paying £20 hour with standard office hours.
The role
Extensive calendar and diary management
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Managing your boss’ email inbox and sending responses
• Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
• Arranging travel and booking accommodation
• Providing general administrative support
• Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and other EAs
• Greeting visitors and clients
• Management and oversight of business projects
• Attending meetings with your boss and recording minutes
• Taking meetings and reporting back with actions
• Involvement with interviewing, hiring and training staff
The person
Membership or Education background preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to draft clear, accurate and professional correspondence, meeting minutes and briefing materials to a high standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify key points and present these clearly and concisely
