Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm, to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its Structured Finance CLO team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support attorneys with key responsibilities including;
*Preparing legal documents
*Conducting legal research and creating reports
*Coordinate closing and signing processes for transactions
To be considered, candidates will have a minimum of a years’ finance experience. CLO experience is preferable.
